After School children arrive after being picked up from local schools & wash hands. The children receive dinner and are allowed to talk and socialize. They fix their own plate of food and clean up after themselves.
After School children get assistance with completing homework assignments. Those who complete their assignments before the homework period is over is allowed a free choice activity where they can pick what they would like to do.
The children receive one on one additional help with concepts that they may not fully understand while other children are completing their homework assignments or engaging in individual learning experiences.
The After School children engage in a variety of activities according to the curriculum set up by the teacher. These activities include arts & crafts, games, computer time, reading, cooking and outside play/walks.
